「Booked just one night as a last minute getaway. Stayed in the Penthouse which has a large blacony with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. The beams are low at the edges of the room but we are both tall and managed to avoid them :) I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here again in the future.」
「The staff here are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable about the area. Check in was smooth, lovely big room with hot tub, gorgeous breakfast, comfy bed to name but a few positives. The only slight negative and I emphasis slight - room 2 ground floor can get quite noisy outside due to customers coming and going for breakfast. However this would not put me off and would definitely return. Parking limited.」
「A perfect stay! Amazing comfy, cosy and massive bed which gave a perfect night sleep ahead of us climbing Scafell Pike which was really easy to get to. Super clean, loved the modern touches but also the traditional parts which remained from the barn. Breakfast was amazing and loved that it catered to vegetarian and non-dairy options without having to ask for this. We loved watching the alpacas from our bedroom. The freshly made cakes each day were such a treat and tasted beautiful. Only 10 mins...
