"I stayed in the shepherds hut, it was tranquil, situated next to the river. Beautifully equipped and the Victorian bath tub was a lovely touch. Wish I had booked 2 nights"

"Room was average for the price paid but overall looked tired. Very old pub and traditional rooms but that’s no reason to ignore mould and damage to the bathroom and paint flaking off the walls. Light fitting was hanging off by exposed wires. In the evenings the pub downstairs is busy with a lot of noise heard upstairs until about midnight. "
