「Couldn’t fault the property whatsoever, only downside to the stay was workman digging up the road outside from 8-5 each day which also restricted access to the property. Not a fault of the host of course but needed to leave the property during the day as couldn’t hear yourself think when workers working. 」

「The house itself was loveley. Very clean and comfortable, and within a short walking distance of Windermere town centre. Ample parking for two cars. However, the house is located in a rather run down area of the town, next to a park where youths gathered in the evening. On two seperate evenings the house was pelted with eggs, and on one occasion an egg was thrown into the house through the open patio doors.
