「The whole experience was amazing, all of staff where brilliant and relaxed. The food for breakfast was exactly what you wanted, the room was clean and big enough for 4 and the hot tub was clean, warm and natural. I cannot imagine us not going back.」

「家族5人で2泊させていただきました。とても清潔で隅々まで整えられた客室に、子供たちも興奮していました。 ロケーションも素晴らしく、室内に案内のあったAlcock Tarnにハイキングに行き、新鮮な空気を吸って、羊を間近に見ながら、最高にリフレッシュできる時間を過ごすことができました。 徒歩数分のところにco-opがあるのもとても便利でした。部屋で食事をしたい気分だったちめ、食材を購入して宿で料理してディナーを楽しむことができました。 総じて、素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。とてもお勧めです！」

「Exactly what we needed for a couple days away. The downsides being the provided toilet paper was useless and heated towel rail didn’t seem to work. On the positive side, bed was super comfy, shower was nice and hot, great after a hike. Complimentary breakfast was very simple but also a surprise to us, better than nothing. The room as a whole was a decent size, clean and just what we were looking for」

「スタッフはとても良かったです。 1号室の狭い部屋を予約したのは自分達の責任ですが、あまりにも狭すぎました。また、塩素？のような香りが強すぎて、ずっと窓を開けていましたが、香りに敏感な者にとっては、苦痛でした。シャワー、洗面台の排水が悪く水が流れにくく溢れそうになるまで、水が上がってきました。また、上の階の騒音が酷く、歩く音、トイレの音、シャワーの音が全てすごく響きました。洗面所のドアも壊れて閉まらなくなり、一晩開けっぱなしでした。流石に耐えかねて翌朝相談したら部屋を変更してくださいました。ご対応ありがとうございました。 朝食は美味しく、スタッフのお2人の対応は、とても良かったです。」

「Location was perfect right in the centre of historic Hawkshead ask about car parking at the primary school. On Suite was very small, the vanity didn’t drain properly, the sensor light is a pain when you don’t want to wake-up your partner at night! A common problem with all accommodation in the Uk is that only having a Duvet on the bed to hot to use and worst no top sheet, Duvets are to hot in winter because of the heating and to hot in summer with no air conditioning and with no ventilation...
