"Lucy’s lodge was a lovely stay! Easy access, great location and cute lodge. Hot tub was fabulous and had no temperature issues, lovely and hot on arrival! Overall lodge was very clean, from kitchen to bedroom! No noise! Few minor issues need addressing such as shower doesn’t drain and water rises quickly while using. Radiator is extremely tired and definitely needs replacing. Most disappointing problem we had with lodge there was pieces of carpet lay outside the front of lodge, which could of easily been moved. Lodge does need slight bit of tlc, nothing major. Kitchen was really well equipped but could do with two pint glasses and two flutes but flutes not necessary. Apart from that little moan it was the perfect stay and would 100% return. Absolutely fabulous value for money!!! I promise those issues really are minor, just the shower does need sorting but I can’t recommend this stay enough! Perfect stay!"

"It was small but had everything I needed. An instruction book for the combi oven/microwave would have been handy, and a rail to hang my clothes on. Very good shower. I did have problems locking the door from both the inside and outside. Great views, even though it was on the A66 it was very quiet."
