"Ac was out on Arrival, techs had to change a/c unit put at 11pm with used unit and made loud noises when on, could hardly sleep. Rooms smelled musty/humid and ac made it worse, pool was cold, back door had lots of condensation couldnt see out of it, bath tub was stained bad"
