「great place to stay, great for families」

「We stayed at this property during SOF Week and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for getting to and from the event, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was a huge plus after long days. The host was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made check‑in and check‑out simple. The space had everything we needed, from reliable Wi‑Fi to a well‑stocked kitchen, and the layout worked great for our team.Overall,...

「The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.」

「I had to stay here for 28 days due to a issue at my current house being remodeled. The host stayed in contact with me to ensure my stay was going well the entire time. The house was clean. The bedrooms were clean and the bathroom was clean. It has all your basic essential needs. The beds are comfortable. If I have to use Vrbo again for anything in Tampa, I will definitely try to rent from this host.」

「Derek was very responsive and helpful. The place was big enough for the amount of people that we had. The kids loved the pool & seeing the gators! It was a good experience and the neighborhood was nice, plus we were close to stores and other things to do!」

「My children were all returning to college so we decided to do one last family trip to Busch Gardens Tampa. It was perfect both their dad and my dad wanted to go so the property seemed perfect . On the way to.destination the host cancelled our reservation and we were left scrambling for a place to stay.」

「Villa was kept very clean and communication was thorough.」

「Good place to stay near the beach for this price.」

「Wonderful price! Great location! HUGE! You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but close to everything in the city. Definitely a retreat location.」

「We loved our week in Florida! Our large family had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were a hit on the hot days we didn't go to the beach. The house is very well located with plenty of shopping and restaurants only minutes away. Beaches only 15-30 minutes away. Great spot and was exactly what we were looking for!」

「First, I just want to say I absolutely hope to stay here again and my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool house was amazing and it was so fun to cook dinners out there while watching my children have a good time in the pool or out fishing on the dock. The house is lovely and the double washer and dryer was a game changer. The only thing I’ll add in full transparency is that there were some aspects that were not as pristine as the pictures listed. When we got there the pool was down quite...

「Property accommodated my family trip well. Kids loved the pool.」

「We booked our trip 48 hours before because we needed some time away. The house was wonderful. Plenty of food options within walking distance or a short drive. Right across the road from the beach. Plenty of parking. Everything in the house was as stated. We really enjoyed staying here. 」

「Amazing」

「Everything was amazing for our bachelorette trip! The hosts were super helpful when having any problem and responded quickly. Thank you so much, we had a great time!」

「This is the ONE. Stop looking! Location is perfect. Beach front condo at its finest. The beach in front of the condo is not crowded, but you are only a minute drive to John's Pass. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Bringing kids? They have toys and games galore. Even have a pack and play for the baby. We utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. If an issue comes up, the hosts are quick to respond. You're not going to find a better deal on the beach. We will be coming back again! ...

「Absolutely fabulous!! Great location, extremely responsive and friendly hosts, and beautiful home. It was so convenient to have laundry detergent and dish soap readily available as well as plenty of garbage bags. The rooftop was beautiful and the walk to beach can't be beat. 」
