「Our stay was comfortable, and the unit's location right on the gulf was perfect! My kids (ages 9 and 8) enjoyed the beach toys available in the condo, and I appreciated access to the beach chairs and cooler. The building and pool were both quiet. We had a small incident with the kitchen, but the owners were very responsible and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the AC unit and dehumidifier are very loud. Overall, we had a nice long weekend stay. 」

The room is perfect, the view is amazing, and the staff is so friendly. We love everything about it. Only suggestion I would make is a small inexpensive upright or dust buster would come handy:) We also left 2 new chairs for the next occupants. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do. 」

However, there was a terrible amount of construction in the area including beach preservation project with constant movement of heavy equipment back and forth the beach area, also creating mucky water. Wish we had known ahead of time. 」

「Great Location and Amenities! We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The location right on the Gulf Coast was fantastic, and we really appreciated the swimming pool area, which provided nice shade for us to relax in between trips to the beach.One thing to note is that there was quite a bit of road noise in the evenings, given its proximity to the main entrance of the beach access. Additionally, we found that blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a great improvement, as the bright...

「This property was ideally located for our family-it was right on the beach in a quiet area and perfect for our special needs granddaughter. It could use some updating, however, it was clean, beds were comfortable, and in a convenient location. Would definitely stay again.」
