「I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips.」

「Perfect for just the 2 of us and had everything we needed!! Nice pool and near the beach. Close to downtown Venice and short drive to other beaches. Quiet and relaxing. Appreciated the extras - beach chairs, umbrella, charcoal grills.」

「We werent sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. It was just oerfect for the two of us. My husband enjoyed the wicker love seat on the front porch area. Nice location. Not far from the Venice Beach area. There was also a nuce little resraurant within walking distance. We will definitly come back. Very reasonably priced. 「Our family had an awesome vacation at this location! It was a very short walk to the beach and had all the amenities that we needed. It was very clean and had new appliances. The beds very comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed. We have no complaints!」

「Unit just ok. Complex otherwise wonderful. No beach chairs umbrella or beachtowels in unit. (We flew not drove- don’t many guests??. Unbelievable not a smart TV for how cheap the are now. Kitchen wares really minimal. Coffee maker was ick dirty. And full bed - was that posted in ad? Ian was very responsive for pillows sheets and beach towels !!」

「The location was ideal. Although it is a single studio, the unit had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner, along with everything you need for the beach. The pool was kept immaculate and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again.」

「They were so accommodating at Tropical Villas. As part of your stay you had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, coffee pods, sand sifter, beach towels (all in your villa). On-site you have access to use bicycles and washer n dryer at no extra charge. The Elite Villa we stayed in had direct access to the enclosed bug free pool. Our room was extremly clean and reminiscent of old school Florida cottage. The grounds were lush and they even had a sweet little wild brown bunny who wondered around...
