「Inside the house was very nice and new. Unfortunately there was construction on the property while we were there. It appears another small house is being built behind the property, so it is a mess out back. The first morning we were there the plumbers, for the new place, had to snake our vent and it made a horrible racket. On a separate note, I attempted to contact the property about the entry code but I never heard back.」

「Although there is no longer a dedicated ice machine on property as it was on our July stay, we enjoyed our stay. Please note there is only parking for 3 vehicles, so deliveries will have to park on street briefly. Pool floats would be nice addition.」

「Ein sehr schönes App. Tolle Lage, Bushst. In der Nähe. Bis St. Pete Pier ca. 20 min. zu Fuß, auch Fahrt mit dem Trolley mgl.. St. Pete Beach per Sun Runner (Bus) ca. 25 min.Check inn problemlos, da Key-Code. Bei Fragen an den Vermieter wird umgehend geantwortet. Wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.」

「The apartment itself is cozy, clean, with pretty much anything you'd need already provided. The only real downside is the parking spaces can be a bit tricky to get into, but so long as you're not driving a huge vehicle it's definitely manageable. It's also close to plenty of attractions and restaurants. 」

「We had a lovely time at this well-appointed house. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was accommodating of our needs.」

「The home was very roomy and had plenty of parking. The hot tub was easy to use and was perfect for the kids and adults. The mini putting green was a treat for the kids. I brought some extra putters for the kids to have enough. Cleaning is all included so we only took out the trash and straightened things up a little. Very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.」

「Just what we wanted and close to our friends. Loved all the thoughtful extras. I would make one suggestion, put larger numbers for the address. Hard to see address from the road. Will recommend and looking forward to staying again」
