"Love it was right on the beach, we had beautiful weather. I loved the small hotel and not a huge resort. Cant wait to stay again!"

"Overall a very nice place. Hvac system works good, good water pressure, literally 60 feet to the water. Decent parking. Walking distance to good food and shops. Only complaint was the bed was hard and couch bed was a little worn out but besides that it was a wonderful stay and nice place to be. The owner is cool as hell and has a nice laid back attitude. Not your typical vacation rental in the area with arrogance and annoyance. It has everything you need for a beach weekend. Owner provided chairs, umbrellas, there is laundry on site and a shower for the sand."

"Close to beach for sunset walks, thanks for the beach chairs in the closet. Easy to get to Johns Pass for restaurants, bars and ice cream. Small space but worked for our needs"

"I like the quietness of the beach and the walking distance to John’s pass. It would have been nice to have a full size mirror in the room, hard to get ready when one is showering and that’s the only mirror. Would have been nice if the rooftop bar was open. Otherwise really nice place. "

"We had no issues. Simple easy check-in. Close, secure, garage parking. (which is a huge plus at Johns Pass) The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there anytime we visit. "
