「ac struggled throughout the night, had to manually dump dehumidifer water once a day or so. pool swimming stops at 9pm. hot tub was a bit confusing with no instructions. surprisingly very little soap provided and quality of soap was poor. staff was great and helpful, great location, room was generally great. i thought we'd have a balcony but we did not so double check that with hotel if that's important to you. oh last, pool is nice but on a busy street with lots of noise which was a bit...

「Elevator was broken for 24hr. We were on the 6th floor. No other options available. Thankfully we were capable to do the stairs, but some guests were not. Pool and hot tub were amazing!! Bar/restaurant were nice and convenient. We had a great view.」

「The suite was perfect to stay in and had a full kitchen! W=It was also a walkable distance to the beach. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. But the best perk they offered were the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (for free) which made the beach experience 10 out of 10!」

Traveling with twins makes logistics already challenging, so having nowhere to park our car added unnecessary stress to our trip. 「Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless! Our only issue was there appeared to be some construction type work on the floor above us. There was loud banging the day we checked in and also about 630am the next morning. 「For the price of our stay the floors in our hotel room were filthy.. our bathroom shower curtain had mold spots, the bathroom tub outside of the bottom had mold on the caulking. All appliances were wore down and not properly sanitized. Their hotel restaurant was extremely over priced for knock off sea food and pasta dishes that you can make better at home basically it was all frozen food and pop into the oven… again for the price of the hotel I would say this was my worst stay by far… the views...
