"Perfect for the camera crew down to shoot my son’s wedding. Clean and perfectly arranged, one couple and two individuals, the couple’s bedroom was isolated from the other two."

"I had trouble on check-in because I was supposed to get a room number and code by text something like 24 hours prior to check-in. 4 hours before check-in still nothing, so I called and was told it would be within a few hours. 1 hour AFTER check-in I still didn't have it so called again and was told I would have it within seconds. 15 minutes LATER it finally came in. That was the bad part. The GOOD part was the accommodations. Everything we could have wanted and more. Complete condo amenities. Clean and ready to go. Absolutely FANTASTIC location, in the midst of all the shops, restaurants, bars, boardwalk, and a very short walk to the beach. Great view from the large balcony. Short drive to MANY more restaurants and bars. Included covered parking on street level underneath the building, where you could come and go as you please. Elevator to your room. Despite a bar underneath on the second floor, there was no noise unless you were out on the balcony. I will definitely be back, and hope my check-in fiasco was just a rare glitch."

"The first room I was put in smelled like mildew, and the fridge didn’t work. They moved me to a new room. Every time we were in the office customers were complaining. Overall we were taken care of and the room we ended up in was very clean and comfortable. "

"Didn't like this hotel. There was no ice machine. The room was dirty the floor was never mopped my feet were black just walking on the floor to the bathroom. The tv kept going out, the light on the nightstand didn't work the outlet on the night stand didn't work. The toilet stuck after flushing. the water from the shower ended up all over the floor. Then had to pay to park my car which was not right. I work at a hotel and I can say that we never charge for customers to pay for parking. We also have front desk person 24-7. Will not be back to Holiday Isles Resort"

"This was a nice place, we did have an issue with the washer and dryer being full of sand and didn’t notice until we did a wash. The clothes came out with sand everywhere and we hadn’t been to the beach yet. Other than that we hadn’t what we needed and the place was in a good location close to John’s Pass and many restaurants. I would go back for value and size of condo."
