"Stop looking right now!!!! This is your place!!!! Fantastic. Everything was wonderful...Everything.!!!!! Location is perfect. No need to pack beach supplies. They are there. Hosts are awesome as well. Sunset views are out of this world!!!!! We are booking for same time next year!!!!!"

"The location was great due to the proximity to the beach. The view was okay from the Villa. The Villa is very rustic and has a lot of personality. Everything worked well except for the recliners. Don't recline in the living room and one of the light bulbs is out in the kitchen. Other than that everything in the house was okay and worked well. The bed I slept in was comfortable. Outside was not well maintained. The weeds were long and we had to pull them to be able to use the spigot for our feet, the shower outdoors or the jet pool. Most of the beach chairs were in poor condition except for one. The thing they have to haul everything to the beach has a flat tire on it so that was not usable.As long as you don't expect perfect and you like to be close to the beach, this place is for you. The owner is on the property but they seem to keep to themselves. Seemed to be nice people."

"This house was amazing. The host was great at communicating & when I had questions- he responded in minutes. They truly had anything you could possibly want/need. The only downside is that I was messaged almost nightly about noise complaints from the neighbors across the water. I 100% understand the noise ordinance at 10pm but I was being messaged at 8pm that things were starting to get too loud. When I booked the house it said it could sleep 41 people- we didn’t have that many- more like 25/30 but getting that many people together it’s not going to be a whispering session. It’s a huge house and the listing also advertised the roof was “a perfect place for a DJ” so when the cops showed up at 8pm on my wedding night I was a little confused. Of course nothing came of it because we weren’t doing anything wrong but it truly just added extra stress to my stay. Other than that everything was perfect and I know it’s not the hosts fault- the neighbors need to realize they live in a tourist area and move out if it bothers them so bad they have to go buy a sound machine. I just wanted to add this in case anyone else was planning on staying here for a special event- just something to be aware of. I never thought it would have been such a big deal when I was booking."
