The breakfast and rooftop bar/cafe was good. However, the mattress on the pull out couch was very old, thin and lumpy. Needs an upgrade. Also, it took more than an hour to get toilet paper and tissues I requested because they were understaffed. Not sure why extra toilet paper wasn't available in the room.

This was a great hotel! The front desk person Loretta and the general manager were so helpful. We came upon this beautiful hotel after our condo rental was double booked. They were so helpful and even went out of their way to offer us a longer stay with a discounted price. Great, friendly, pet friendly place! I highly recommend!

We stayed one night for a mother/daughter trip and I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this property. Our room had a balcony and was very spacious. We had room to play games on the 4-person table, watch movies from the couch, and make popcorn in the kitchenette. We went to the rooftop bar during happy hour and had a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We explore DeSoto park which is a very short drive away and drove to Passe-a-grille for lunch which was also a very short drive away. It's an excellent location, a clean hotel, and the staff is very professional. The restaurant next door has excellent food options and I love that it is just literally a walk next door to get there. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view. Great for quiet, and a very friendly atmosphere. Its a bit out of the way for shopping, etc., but their restaurant is excellent with a good variety of foods and drinks.
