We have stayed at the Inn on Third several times. The owners are very friendly and always make sure we are comfortable and have every we need. This is a very nice, historic downtown hotel and a short walk to everything Downtown St Pete has to offer. We will be back.

Great location that includes parking. Owners are very helpful during your stay. It is an older building and shows its age, but it gives it character. If you are looking for a nice clean room, bathroom, and a good location in downtown St Pete, this is a great option especially for the cost.
