"We stayed in a beachfront studio, and the upgrade surcharge was well worth it! Our room was on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator. The studio had a TV, microwave, small refrigerator, regular coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, and iron. Please note that there is no stove, so there are no pots or pans. It was perfect for our two-night getaway. The property also has a pool, gym, grills, and tables for picnics. There is no daily housekeeping, but you can request fresh towels and additional supplies if needed. The only things I missed were a full-length mirror and a sponge for washing the dishes. Overall, it was a great place for a short beach getaway, and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Property perfect for a couple of nights on the beach at the end of a 5 week holiday from UK with St John's pass a 5 min walk over the bridge. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool very clean. Couple of minor issues our room next to cleaner cupboard so noisy during day whilst they at work. No phone available when listed on description and was one of reasons we booked with them."

"Loved this property for our girl’s trip! The bungalow was well equipped with everything you might need. Bob was very responsive to any questions that we had. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect! New goal unlocked: I want to visit the other unique properties that they have because their pride of ownership, and attention to details puts this VRBO in a class all by itself."

"The unit has everything one might need including beach wagon, chairs , beach umbrella, towels etc. so save some packing and leave those home while the unit decor is a bit outdated, it has all the good bones and everything you need - . The view and location cannot be best as John’s pass is literally a walk across the street . The price is also very reasonable and the owner always there when needed.Definitely a great place and well worth the trip! Oh, and the condo cat Butterball is always there to welcome you (for a pet of course ! )"

"This Vrbo was great!!! Communication with the host was excellent. The checking in and then checking out couldn’t have been easier. As soon as we entered our room we noticed how clean and comfortable it was. The mattress was super comfortable, he supplied the normal items, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker. He even had beach items for us to use, two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. The beach is right across Gulf Blvd with a pedestrian crossing. The pool was very nice, warm and clean. Perfect location if you’re looking to do activities at the Pass or Hubbard’s Marina about a 10 minute walk. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars in John’s Pass. Also many restaurants on Gulf Blvd. I will highly recommend The Wave Resort, we are definitely planning on staying there again."
