"This condo is very nicely furnished and includes many, many extras: suntan lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, beach chairs umbrellas, and most everything else needed for a pleasant stay at the beach. The owner & the management company answers emails and texts quickly. John’s Pass with its shopping and restaurants is a pleasant walk south down Gulf Blvd."

"This home was everything it said it was, and then some. The entire property from the deck and tiki bar outside to the fresh and light filled inside was spotless. We were there for three nights. Four minute walk to John’s pass. Two minute walk to beach (750ft.). Great communication with host and very well equipped inside. Planning to return with adult children to visit family in St. Pete. Thank you for a lovely get away."
