「Nice place to stay. A little off the beaten path if you want to go to spring training baseball stadiums but the price reflected that. Not having access to thermostat is annoying. Just charhe an extra 10 per night to allow your guest thermostat access 」

The amenities were just what we needed, clean and well‑kept, which made our trip super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and answered questions right away, making check‑in and the whole stay stress‑free. Definitely a must‑stay spot if you’re visiting Clearwater — we’ll be back!」

「The bunk beds were hard as a rock and the queen bed in the other room was so soft that my elderly parents had difficulty getting in and out. The floors were filthy and there were German roaches in the kitchen. There was very little silverware and mismatched. Our friends came over for dinner and we couldn't all eat at the same time. The house also smelled very musty. I don't mind older and quaint, but I do expect clean. Needless to say, we won't stay here again. 」
