If you use any of dishes and do not clean dishes there is a $25.00 Fee that goes directly to cleaners
If you have a pet and do not cleanup after them there is $35.00 pickup poo fee for inside or outside.

The trailer had everything we needed to be comfortable and it was spacious enough that the 4 of us didn’t feel on top of one another! Thank you for the stay Cisco and his wife are wonderful!

2 night stay

Stayed 2 nights with two kids. The camper was nice. It was nice having a fenced area for the kids to play in and not have to worry. Plenty of parking and in a nice neighborhood. Location was great not to far from everything. Only negative was the first night was freezing cold and couldnt get the heat to work.

You would never know you were in the middle of a city

This little property is tucked in the back and very secluded. The host has done a fantastic job giving you full emersion in the environment around you. All while being a short drive to clearwater beach and dunedin. Host had good communication and was very polite. Absolutely would stay here again.

Cozy and comfy

Great access to everything. Private outside area was very nice. Just enough room for two of us . Bed is very comfortable. Nothing was lacking. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We had a quick trip to Florida and booked this cute RV/tiny home for just my daughter and me. Very clean and we’re so thankful they had shower stuff because we forgot ours. The massage chair was a surprise bonus. Location is good, close to everything. The outside area is cute with plants and a grill.

a serviceable place to stay

This trailer is a perfect place to stay if you are looking to explore the area. small and tight on space of course-but it does the job. the bed was comfy and if you switch the air conditioner off of the ECO setting it will run all night without turning off and on. Theres even a shower!

The travel trailer was new and clean. Everything worked properly. It was in a great, quiet neighborhood. The host was helpful in helping us find the address and communicated everything properly. There was a massage chair in the trailer that was a favorite with everyone. We were 3 staying overnight and it was more than comfortable. I think 4 people could sleep comfortably there. The area around the trailer was nicely landscaped and there was a comfortable seating area outside as well. It was private and stylish. Downtown Dunedin was a very close drive away and the beaches and other popular Tampa Bay areas were easy to get to. We would stay again.
