"renovations were going on, something we should have been told before we booked. to get a quiet room we could only take the elevator to the 4th floor and then had to climb 10 stairs. there were not enough tables available for breakfast and the elevator was always full. would I stay there again? Probably not "

"Friendly & helpful front desk. Great location- walking distance from Lennys and BayCare Park. Clean room. Variety of choices for breakfast. Unfortunately, they didn’t clean our room in the 4 nights we were there. That’s the reason for the less than 5 rating. "

"We've stayed here annually for the last four or five years. The first year we thought about not returning, but each year since there have been significant improvements. This year, with a fresh coat of paint and several renovated rooms, it was our best experience yet!"

"Nice property probably won’t stay again. It had been updated but key areas had been missed like elevator, mold around shower handle, etc. lots of other options on the area for a nicer place. Staff was really friendly though."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, will definitely go there again and recommend anyone. The housecleaning was great, the room was clean and replenished with towels and toiletries when needed. They provided us with the shuttle that fell within their 5 mile radius to my medical procedure which was super helpful especially since we were new to the area. They offer several choices within the daily breakfast. The location was great for us as it is centrally located to the places we needed to go. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My husband loved the hot cookies offered daily, he would look forward to this every day. They also have a stationary that was very helpful at no extra cost. The only reason I didn’t give a five star to the appearance of the facility is because they had a water stain/leak at the entrance of the building as you enter their premises; other than that, the building has a clean pleasant smell when you step in. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. 👍"
