room was BEAUTIFUL. STILL under construction. No internet- no phone in room - no alarm clock in room - elevator.... scary - afraid to use it going down. Lobby - for people with asthma the overbearing sweet perfume smell.. GAGGED ME

The reception staff was amazing — they explained everything clearly and were always available to help. Any concerns were handled immediately. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the hotel clean and comfortable. Great experience overall!

Beautiful room loved your television it was big. Huge variety of stations to watch. I spoke to Brittany at the front desk lovely girl. I recently have stayed in hotels about the same price and they are nasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel and yes I would stay here again. Right now they have a Issue with there elevator the hotel is waiting for a part to come in.

The place is under a major renovation. Every morning at 6am, there was banging,work done above my room, big equipment moving around,, trash all over the property, dust in my room and hallways. Not even a single chair in my room. I had to eat in my bad. The room smelled awful. The shower is broken. I don't know why this place is in operation and how Expedia failed to warn their clients and recommended it as one of Expedias choices. A horrible experience.

The room appears to be clean in the pictures advertised online but when we checked in, it was not clean at all. The floors were dirty, the surfaces on the counters were dirty, the shower had white stuff on the floor, I’m not sure if it was grout or something else. The light switch had goo-ey substance on it, I was not happy with the cleanliness of the place. I understand it’s under construction, which you can hear every morning at 9am, but I still expected my room to be clean. The blinds didn’t cover the outer parts of the window and because the hotel has bright exterior lights, it almost felt like it was daytime every night. They also don’t provide simple amenities like a toothbrush, I asked for one and they looked at me like I asked a stupid question. What hotel doesn’t provide basic necessities?

We visited to spend time with family that lives close by. The Property is currently under renovation which we expected. The lady at front desk at check in needs to work on her customer service persona. Don’t ask for any help from other employees they . We only encountered one employee that was polite and helpful the first night we were there he was wonderful. Elevator went out while we were visiting. The actual room was great up to date. However there was not a chair to sit on in the room. Or a microwave or coffee station. The only reason we would stay here again would be for the rate we paid.

The room was fine but had the following issues: the TV did not work most of the time. Staff said it would repair it but it wasn’t repaired until the 4th day of my stay. My room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order several days during my stay. There was a constant concrete chopping noise that prevented me from sleeping in the morning. There was no complimentary coffee every day. Based on the above, I had to check out one day early and moved to another hotel. I asked the staff if they could comp me one nights stay but they said it’s not possible because I booked the reservations through Expedia. I will never stay at that hotel ever again and I will not recommend it to any of my friends, family or colleagues
