This is an older property, but you wouldn't notice because the staff keeps it in excellent condition, the room was spotless, the full breakfast was very good, the pool was super clean, and the rooms face the bay, and the price of the room was very affordable! Absolutely would stay again!

Great waterfront location. Terrific value. You can walk everywhere. Dunedin is a quaint friendly town. Beautiful area.

Hotel was in a great location but the rooms could use some updated furniture and the bathroom were not in the greatest shape… overall I did enjoy my stay and I would recommend it for the town and accessibility to shopping and food.

Enjoyed the sunset view from marina and walking the area. Down to earth eatery and a fancy one on otherside with view of water . Stay was clean, updated furnishings.

This is a great place to stay! It’s close to everything. It’s in the heart of Dunedin. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s clean, the room is comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast every morning doesn’t disappoint. I’ve stayed here a couple times now and will continue to return and refer.

Older but extremely clean. Good view. The breakfast was very good. I don’t know if they own Bon Appetit restaurant and bar, but it was awesome. Watched the sunset from the pier.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Newly remodeled 1st floor was very tasteful and loved back door to harbor behind hotel. And Bon Appetit restaurant is top notch!
