「La habitacion que habia reservado con vista al golfo no me la dieron. Me dieron una con vista a un parking y tres palmeras. Me reuse, me cambiaron a otra. El pasillo por las noches es un asco, lleno de platos sucios que la gente saca de sus habitaciones. El balcon estaba sucio con un limpiador de dientes. Y la cafetera de mi habitacion no funcionaba. Tuve que pedir que la cambien por otra. Paque una fortuna por un servicio que no recibi. 」

「Too crowded and noisy. Had use bellman to get access to luggage cart. Room was good but bathroom was needing maintenance attention, toilet paper fixture was loose, black mold on some surfaces in shower, would have appreciated a walk in shower, instead of shower curtain in a slippery tub 」

「Getting pool chairs is a horrible experience. People start saving them from 7:30am! Front desk gentleman was very rude when i asked if there was any water while checking in and waiting for our room … he said I can go to the bar or market place and purchase one . Just to turn around and see the valet handing waters out to someone . We loved Nora at the market place very outgoing and nice! I wouldn’t stay here again the pools was overcrowded .The property is nice overall. 」

「Mariah from the front desk is an absolute national treasure. Yes the property is older but it’s well maintained and looks like the staff really cares. Beach bar was super convenient but make sure you reserve your chairs early. Pool was also great! Everyone from the staff we ran into were super friendly and welcoming. The only staff complaint I have is the morning male breakfast server we had. Walked up to the table, never said his name just told us eggs were backed up but pancakes were great...
