「Sign in was quick and not very informative. Room cleaning was to be every other day and our room was only cleaned 2days out of 7. Outdoor staff was wonderful, attentive and remembered your names. Jen and Ashley really made the stay worth it. Pool area was good but by 4th day it needed to be cleaned. Beach was small but beautiful. We were told our last day that the hotel next door that had a roof restaurant were shared hotels and we could use that . That food was wonderful vs hotel dinning was...

「Just returned from 5 days at The Opal Sands. The resort is beautiful located right on the Gulf beach with its pure white sand and light green ocean plus a pool with many chairs and umbrellas. The inside is stunning with its decor, staff always friendly and willing to help with anything. Our room was large with living area, eating area, very well attained. Can't say enough about it, it's restaurant was also top notch. Stay here for sure!!」

「Absolutely loved our time here! The views are gorgeous. Our suite was very clean and lots of room. The restaurant on site had great breakfast and a good lunch/dinner. Only “negative” would be the staffing at the on site restaurant. The staff had amazing attitudes but you could tell they were short staffed and tried their best to keep up with the busy times. Caused a little bit of delay with being seated and drinks and such. 」

「We visited this hotel with our three boys under the age of ten. The views were amazing. It was set away from the busy downtown area which I loved. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. Pool was perfect for the parents and the kids. Beach was easily accessible and just beautiful. We will absolutely be back!」

「We arrived at around 10 pm after a 12 hour drive. The place was overbooked and they sent us to another location. When we arrived at the other hotel, our room had roaches and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. They finally had a room ready for us on the following day. We were promised free parking and breakfast for the troubles but we still got charged for breakfast. The amenities were nice, but overall it was a terrible experience.」

「Took a day trip to Clearwater to decompress before heading back home. Stayed at Sheraton Key Resort based off of availability and the pool/beach. The pool definitely looks better in pictures however it was nice! The beach is beautiful and they have a golf cart drive you the short distance. Chair rentals are not included in the stay. I paid over $500 for this stay so for me only way I can justify that is by the pool and beach. The hotel itself is not 4 star in my opinion. The rugs are dirty, the...
