「I add a late arrival but Stacey was easy to communicate with and had me set up perfectly. Definitely would return!」

「Wonderful hotel with nice beachfront location equipped with cabanas to relax on. The on site restaurant Ocean Hai serves excellent dinner with special emphasis on seafood.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Opal Resort! The ocean views were breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the service was incredible. Everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to come back!」

「This Hotel Has the Most Passive aggressive staff and owner I have ever encountered, They say yes while intentionally stalling, and practicing misleading information about the hotel, They use Subtle hostility, sarcasm, eye rolling and claiming misunderstanding of the situation . They play the victim and try to shift the blame elsewhere when called out. The Biggest is complaint I have is they absolutely HATE EXPEDIA travel site, I was told 5 times that since booked my vacation through EXPEDIA...

「I don’t understand why people pay resort fee even you don’t get a chair, an umbrella in a beachfront hotel. The wallet price is really high. They didn’t change our sheets and gave us a note that the hotel is out of clean sheets that was not we expected from a brand new beachfront hotel.」

「The room was perfect location in terms of area and in terms of view. We could see the bay and the ocean from our balcony. The room was clean when we arrived and was larger than expected. Staff was friendly and always at the desk.」

「Clean rooms, staff was very attentive, well maintained.」
