「Service was terrible, staff mostly unfriendly and constantly saying how busy they are. I waited over 90 minutes for the bellman during checkout. Apparently there was a problem with the phone saying I was calling from a different room, however, they called my cell to remind me of the checkout time, and I called the front desk 4 times, each time stating what room I was in. Lost an entire afternoon and had to change our plans due to the wait. For the price, it was not worth it. 」

「Dinner restaurant is really good. Lunch and breakfast not so great. Rooms amazing view amazing. It is on a busy strip and pool gets busy but if get out to grab front row along beach it’s nice. It’s a busy strip kinda vacation. Beach is busy and too many people to just relax and hard to even get a spot that can see the water as their are cabana all along blocking view to water. Opel should really lobby to get rid of them or at least move them way back from the water edge. 」
