Great Location, Great Views

Condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and storage room had all needs covered for beach gear. Location is perfect to walk to restaurants, ice cream and shops.

Mmm steps away from Beach

We stayed at this condo twice now and several times at this complex. Beautiful view of Gulf of Mexico and steps away from beach. Great amenities for the kids and lots of fun outdoor items including chairs, wagon and toys perfect for a day at the beach.

Nice stay at Ocean side

We had a lovely stay at Ocean Side. We enjoyed the location a lot and the pool and hot tub. The condo was well outfitted and the views were gorgeous. The sliding door on the patio stuck a little but nothing that you couldnt work with. The only complaint we had was the master shower wasnt as clean as we would have preferred. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

Great place just steps to the beach

Great stay as always, Condo was clean and met ours needs. We did have trouble opening and closing the patio door as it would constantly stick. May consider new queen mattresses in guest room.

Location perfect!! Gorgeous Sunsets. Totally equipped unit!! Pool & Hot Tub could be cleaner!! Owner needs to upgrade bed linens. Some areas need maintenance & unit could be cleaner. Would rent again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Where to start?! From waking up to views of the gulf, to having breakfast/dinner on the porch, to watching the sunset and late night pool illuminated talks on the balcony… JUST PEACEFUL! This is the perfect family spot, no party goers, no late night rumbling or music, pool and hot tub use times helped im sure, but mainly just people respecting people… House was well cleaned and stocked, we even left detergent trash bags and coffee we had left over… the equipment shed had sand toys and chairs for the beach, we left googles for future kids… Only minor fix I was say is the master bedroom bed could use some updating, just a little too hard… All in all we will be back!!! This will be our family vacation spot for years to come!! Thank you for sharing this gem!

Our condo waa disgusting when we arrived. moldy coffee in coffe pot, bikini pads on kitchen counter, black hairs all over (freezer, walls, shower, beds.) 2nd queen bed appears to have dried up vomit down boxspring. bedrooms have 2inches of dust (fan, lampshades, under beds) dirty towels in bathrooms. Brown streaks on main bathroom wall and waahing machine. This place NEEDS DEEP CLEANED!!! Very disappointed for the amount of money we spent on our stay.

Accomodating. Great location. Beautiful beach. Gorgeous sunsets. Like idea of two larger beds in 2nd BR. Great furnishings. Excellant selection of Kitchenware. Ample games & Local Info. IMPROVEMENTS: Could use a little TLC. BETTER Cleaning. For the cost resident pays for cleaning, very poor service!! New sheets on MBR bed. Ones on the bed are pilling, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. LR remote not working. Maintenance Man took it & it was never returned. Ceiling on balcony needs cleaning or painting. Hot tub never hot, mostly cold entire two weeks. Pool water too warm. LR 12' X 12' area rug FILTHY!! Should never have been rented in that condition. Could be a GREAT Rental with some work!
