"Our key code getting into the complex after 4 o'clock in the afternoon didn't work, but the owner was very helpful in watching the chats and called us a different code.They had a lot of items in the kitchen, which were helpful.It was great to have beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. The upstairs floor seemed a little gritty, but I took out a broom and swept itWe didn't have to request toilet paper because we were left with two partial rolls and two full rolls for six days and four people. We were also left with a half of a roll of paper towels. I walked to the nearest public and purchase some paper towels. The management company did bring us more roles of toilet paper."

"Excellent location. Clean. Pleasant. Some post-hurricane renovation continuing on other parts of the property as of February 2026. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Our host bent over backwards to ensure that we had fun. Pastries from a local bakery were on the counter when we arrived, along with another basket of assorted snacks. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. and a wagon to haul everything to fun in the sun! The host couldn’t do anything about the cool days, but did suggest tons of other things to do, sights to see in the area! He was just a super friendly, accommodating host! This place was a lucky find for us—loved the view of the gulf, the sound of the waves, and the gorgeous sunsets!"

"Sandra was very accommodating, she provide us with what we needed. The area is still recovering from the hurricane. Hopefully when we come back next year everything will be up an running."

"The property was extremely clean and organized. Each bedroom being an en suite was great. You are steps away from the beach and can enjoy the sunrise and sunset directly from the 4th floor balcony. The outdoor kitchen on the 4th floor was great and having a private garage and outdoor shower made treaveling and beaching very convenient. Gil and Valerie were great hosts and we will be visiting again! "

"We were able to get in the condo easily enough. The view of the beach was great from the windows. The beach access was very nice; we walked the beach every morning. Chairs, towels, and coolers were provided for our use. Parking was provided. The condo was clean and pleasant. The kitchen had the necessary appliances and all were working. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was very clean and everything worked. The AC worked well and there were ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. There were TVs in the bedroom and living room. The condo was pretty quiet except for one day with some major construction next door. I contacted the owner and they were quiet the next 2 days. There are some restaurants and bars nearby. "
