「The second floor had NO AC in hallway. It was muggy and smelled really bad especially in the area in front of our room. Carpet had stains so maybe it waa that. The bed was the hardest bed we have ever slept on. It was a platform but I don't think the mattress was for a platform bed. It felt like sleeping on the floor. There was a bath towel that has very dirty. Very frustrating stay. I always feel hotels give the low quality rooms to Expedia customers... hopefully this room wasn't a reflection...

「It was okay. Resort fees provided nothing we would use. On top of resort fees, you must pay for parking, and pay to reserve/use the cabanas. Our last day, the maids didn't even service our room. And the one night we ordered room service, it was kind of a nightmare...once we got the food, it was not good. All that aside, it is an older resort, that is maintained in pretty good shape. Great launching pad to explore Tampa and surrounding beaches.」

「Things I loved about staying at Sabal Palm- the proximity to the beach, kindness of staff, bikes, beach supplies- chairs, umbrellas, etc., having a laundry facility, and proximity to other beaches and restaurants. 「A perfect 10. The Innkeepers/owners are delightful. We reserved 3 rooms, all of which were impeccably clean. Free parking. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Wine hour in the evening with other guests in the gathering room. Everyone was happy. You can't beat the location. 」
