「4.5 rating - great condo for our needs. Beautiful Gulf view - sunsets every night! Condo was stocked well. Our 1/2 star is bc condo was clean but dusty. Bedding and pillows need to be replaced. Cleaning products would be helpful such as Windex, bathroom cleaner, and counter top plus a broom/pan. We stayed a week and mid-week would like to spruce up and keep things clean and tidy. 「We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach」

「A great little place to stay for our birthday weekend getaway. Steps to the beach, the weather was beautiful. The pool was very refreshing and clean after a long day in the sun. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. If you’re into watching TV, this is not your place. Would suggest the TV be moved into the bedroom that would be easier viewing for those TV watchers but really with the property like this, there’s no need to be inside watching TV unless it’s midnight and you can’t...

「The pool was disgusting, dirt and debris on the bottom and top so that was disappointing, while watching TV and sleeping a person actually opened up our porch door then the main door and just walked in and said they had booked the same room and had keys, what kind of place does not keep track of that and I'm not sure what the person was thinking the TV was on and it was up a little so I know they heard it from the outside but to get back to that place for allowing that to happen. 「The bathroom was tiny and did not even include a toilet paper holder, hot water lasted barely 5 minutes each day, there are no closets (available for guest use) and nowhere to store luggage, and the Murphy bed was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. Silverware and dishes provided were bare minimum.The only good thing about this stay was the beach access - it was as advertised but still did not make this stay a good value.」
