「The staff were all friendly, courteous and professional. We did not use the pool but there was lounge chairs and umbrellas and the spa and pool were definitely heated. The pool is open until 10:00 pm. 」

「The hotel is very nice and would give it a 5 star review but breakfast was a disaster. The hotel was clearly not prepared for a spring break and the amount of guests having breakfast in a short window: 6:30-9:30am. Who gets up at 6:30am on vacations anyway??? There was not enough tables and chairs, plates, coffee mugs etc. The line was always long to the buffet since they close the breakfast area exactly at 9:30. 」

「this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning??
