「Very clean one bedroom apartment. Everything appeared to be new and in great shape. We had problems with the AC unit in the main, but we turned the second unit on high in the kitchen and kept the bedroom door open. It allowed both rooms to cool to a reasonable temp. The owners would have sent someone, but it was getting late and we made it work. 「Nice property close to everything」

「Great location packed with amenities and details that matter! Great communication. Quiet community. Highly recommend.」

「While it topically "looked" like the listing, it was in bad shape. Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. We originally booked 2 nights. We arrived later in evening to this mess...

「The place was nice and clean. We did have some issues with the internet during our stay, though I assume this isn’t typical. I was also a bit affected by the noise from people walking in the main house above, which was noticeable—especially when trying to sleep past 8 a.m. I wouldn’t recommend communicating with the host through the VRBO app, as I didn’t receive any responses.」

「Nice place, Nice location.」

「Comfortable clean room, located within driving distance of most attractions. The only confusing part was locating the property- it says Cay Cove but it’s actually a Ramada Inn.」

「Three nights here went smooth with our group of five. Plenty of parking spots plus pet rules were straightforward which made things easier on everyone coming in late or early mornings.」
