"Our stay at The Residences was phenomenal in every single way and our villa was incredible and so very clean and well appointed!! It truly exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return! We loved everything about the property and the staff were all amazing as well!! Teddy in the valet service area was a tremendous help with our luggage and groceries and he always had a smile! The cleaning ladies always did a fantastic job also! I loved the small gym on site and the breakfast area as well. The beachfront is also beautiful and we loved that they would set up chairs and an umbrella for us. It truly was a remarkable stay in every single aspect and kudos to everyone for being so kind and helpful!"

"Condo location is perfect. On the beach but across from shops and restaurants. The trolly comes and will take you to Siesta Key village if you want more shops and restaurants. Condo is clean and well equipped. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay! "

"Upon arriving at the resort, found this place to be charming. Our room had a kitchenette with small dining table and 4 chairs, 2 queen beds - which were very comfortable and a nice bathroom. The court yard was lovely! The pool was nice as well! Beach access about a 3-4 minute walk away from the resort. Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to the staff in the office. They could not have been nicer! Plan on booking another stay at Captive Beach resort next year. "

"Great condo. Perfectly furnished...would you believe 5 brown leather recliners, two on the ends of a comfortable sofa? Beautiful location right on the beach. We had a power outage one day, probably due to high winds and rain that affected the building. We notified the owner and they worked hard to make sure the problem was being addressed asap. Power was restored in 4 or 5 hours, and the owner insisted on providing us a small refund because of the disruption. They went beyond what was required to assure we had an enjoyable week. Would highly recommend this rental, and we would certainly enjoy returning sometime."
