「My wife and I stayed 4 nights in a corner room. The views were great and the room was very clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The staff was very accommodating when we had 2 grand children stay overnight, setting up a full size inflatable mattress. The location is walkable to great restaurants and shopping. Overall our stay was wonderful & we would recommend this hotel to others.」

「I didn’t like paying for parking. But it had easy access to & from our room. Loved the washer/dryer left with clean clothes. It had kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave. Played, utensils and dishwasher. It’s home away from home. Definitely would stay again.」

「The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. 」

「If you’re looking for a room to sleep in. It’s a nice room. That’s all I can say about the hotel. It lacks the most important thing I look for in an expensive hotel, an in room coffee bar or machine. Nothing. Having to get up, get dressed and go down to the restaurant bar for a cup of overpriced coffee doesn’t do it for me. At a minimum…have access to coffee in the lobby. I like to have coffee at the end of an evening out and nothing was available. Nice friendly staff. Nice restaurant. But in...

「Beware. When we arrived late at night, the hotel had already checked someone else into the room reserved under my name. No one informed us of any issue at check-in. When I tried to enter the room, the door wouldn't open because the security latch was engaged from inside. Thankfully, I was with my husband. At the front desk, the clerk showed little concern and casually explained that someone with the same last name had been checked in under my reservation. I repeatedly told him that I didn't know...

「Other than the front desk gentleman which was nice and helpful everyone else was pretty much non-existent. Paid over $40 for quesadillas and chicken fingers and bartender at the pool told us there was no wing Sauce ranch or blue cheese in the whole restaurant and told my wife there was no sour cream or salsa for the quesadillas either. So basically lied too. Called down for towels and wash clothes never came had to go down to desk. Called one other time for items same thing nobody showed up....
