「We were booked into a handicapped room but did not request or need a special room. We talked to front desk staff and she dismissed us saying “all rooms are the same.” She had no idea bed was low to ground etc. She moved us and room was much improved. 」

「3つあるエレベーターの内2つが故障中で利用できなかった。 ドアの建て付けが悪くて扉がなかなか閉まらなかった。」

「Clean and quiet, no smells, right across from Busch Gardens which is very convenient. No frills, the breakfast was okay, the waffle mix ran out by 9am so we had toasted bagels with cream cheese and jam. The hotel staff was excellent. Highly recommend. 」
