"We had two rooms here for one night when we were visiting Busch Gardens. The rooms were huge, the pool was fun, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again when going to the park!"

"This property is very close to bush gardens, i think it only took 3 mins to drive there. They offer free breakfast and also have a gym, pool and hot tub. Safe area with some food options near by."
"The smell was atrocious all around the place. They left used soaps and shampoo and didn't eben bother to provide unused ones. The bedding was horrendous. It was loud all through the night with the staff making no effort to control the noise. Cops showed up one of my nights. But honestly, the smell was so rank, it may have been the most insulting part of my whole stay."
"Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. "

"My husband and I took his oldest daughter (19) and her boyfriend (20) to visit University of Southern Florida and stayed here. It was just perfect! Very close to USF, only an hour from the beautiful Anna Maria Island beach. Extremely clean and just like the pictures on the VRBO site. Full kitchen, comfy beds, nice bathrooms! Nice cold AC. Owner VERY EASY to communicate. It was always only minutes before I got a response. I was very impressed all around and if his daughter chooses USF you can be certain that we will rent here again if it is open when we visit her!"
