"The room was gross. The bed was so old and sunken in. The floors were super dirty and so was the bathroom. Not a nice experience. There’s no “do not disturb” room signs. I asked multiple staff for one and they couldn’t provide it. Only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and staff was unhelpful when I asked questions about adjusting our stay "

"We were there over St Pattys weekend and the bar definitely could’ve been open earlier!!! Everyone was waiting that day for a long time because we were all watching the festivities early! Also one of the inside bartenders was incredibly rude. On the other hand, another one was exceptional. I wish I could remember her name "

"Old hotel. Run down Needs ALOT of updating. Very few amenities if any at all. I must say it is very convenient to the cruise port and airport. "

"I was hesitant about this “virtual” property. I never stay at budget hotels, but all flights cancelled due to weather so no hotels. I will stay here every time. Room was clean, high tech, great lighting, fully equipped. Gym and pool access. Everything so seamless and perfect. I am wow’d. Did not expect to be writing a review like this on a 2 star (???). I might actually invest in this company. Perfectly executed concept. "
