The bathrooms have open showers and a drain in the main bathroom that doesnt drain the water so it pools near the toliet. The water pools near the toliet and your feet get soaked when using the toilet. Its terrible. I was assigned a handicap room although i didnt request one nor am I handicap. Valet parking was comped as it was terrible and took over 25 mins to get my car.

Valet parking is way too expensive when there are numerous garages in the area for 1/3 price. Blow dryer was junk. Furniture in living space had stains all over. First time staying at a Hyatt in a long while, not eager to ever return.
