"Room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff at the front was very accommodating despite arriving late with 4 teenagers in tow. The amenities were great and the whole family was happy with our overnight stay."

"The overnight work he was not pleasant at all. The main doors were locked to the hotel when we came in he made snide remarks that we should use the side door instead as if we as paying quests were a problem and that him getting up out of his chair was a problem. We swiped our key the door didnt open. I have a huge even coming up and want to reserve 25 plus rooms since the girl when i checked in was amazing but I wont have my quests greeted that way if they try and check in at midnight. "

"Very clean and the staff is very nice. The area around the property was safe. Very close to Busch Gardens but not walking distance. Only complaint is the breakfast. Food was very bland and limited options. Otherwise everything was great "

"This property was great! The house was very clean, it had everything we needed ( towels, toiletries, etc.) The kitchen had everything we needed including spices! The neighborhood was clean and very close the popular restaurants and every store you we needed for any kind of shopping! The host was very nice and always responded immediately! Close the FSU and Bush Gardens. 10 out of 10!!!"

"Most everything is near by. Busch Gardens is right next doo so it would’ve been nice to visit. Raymond James Stadium is 25 mins away so it’s nice. Host was easy to contact and speak to. All rooms were clean, and family friendly. It was a wonderful stay. "

"The place looked cute inside at first glance, but the experience was far from what was advertised. The neighborhood felt unsafe upon arrival, and the strong smell of weed hit us immediately — it lingered the entire stay despite using Febreze. The loft was unbearably hot with no separate A/C, making it impossible to sleep upstairs. We ended up sleeping on the floor downstairs. The kitchen had roaches, the floors were stained, and the stairs felt unsafe. Overall, it was not clean, smelled bad, and was absolutely not worth the nearly 400 I paid for two nights — especially for my birthday."
