"Great Staff !!!! I forgot clothes in my room, they called before ai had left the area. Came back to the property and my items were at the front desk. Excellent communication and execution ! Wonderful breakfast bar. The attendant was cheerful, helpful, and sincere"

"Breakfast was closed down by health department. Pool was freezing cold. Hallways were sticky and dirty. Laundry room reeked of mildew. Lots of “suspicious” activity going on in the rooms."

"The nice woman that checked us in was amazing, however our room had the ends of two joints that had been smoked (obviously in the room by the smell) sitting on the base of the lamp on the desk. NOW.. question is how do you clean a room and not see them? No hot water to shower with first thing in the morning, the floor in the area by the frig and coffee maker had a large stain of what appeared to be wing sauce on the floor. The floors themselves were sticky and just nasty. We stayed here for one night due to a visit at a near by hospital what was required. I can assure you that won't ever happen again ! Avoid this hotel. "

"The room was not as clean as it supposed to be and the bed bugs were horrible ate my whole family up I even got one in my car the staff was very nice the pool was cleaner than the room should have stayed out by the pool "
