Our stay was wonderful. Not crowded at all. We felt as if we were the only ones there even though we weren't. The private dipping pool was amazing. There were also two other pools on the grounds. We stayed here for a quick 4 night get away. We have many travels under our belt, and must say this resort was in our top 5. We usually stay at 5 star hotels from Tahiti to Ireland, and several caribbean islands and Mexico. The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. Worth every penny! Amazing staff, great customer experience!!

The property was beautiful and the room staff was attentive But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations. We spent lots of money there and every restaurant treated us like crap. The staff is GREAT. Especially the pool staff. This has officially become my go-to hotel anytime I stay in San Juan. Great location, great facilities, everything was great!

Property in great condition. The only thing they need to correct is the amount of birds that arrive at night to sleep in the property palm trees, if you park your car close to the palm trees it will be a mess next day

Excellent, will be back again. However there was fatalities with drownings in back of hotel off Condado beach, have to be extremely cautious with swimming due to waves, rip tides and under tow.

We loved our time at this resort!! We are a family of five with three teens. It was a peaceful and fun time. The only thing that could have been better was if they sold snacks or had more food options in general. The resort is in the dry forest area and is secluded. Although it was good food, there aren’t a lot of other dining choices. It was clean and safe. The pools were fantastic. The beach is peaceful. we definitely plan to go back if we are in Puerto Rico again.

Really beautiful resort & it’s very close to the airport

The Doubletree was a great hotel. The 24 hour market across the street, nearby beach and multiple restaurants on the area were all a plus. There’s an on-site restaurant that I didn’t try but seemed to have a constant flow of customers throughout my stay so I’ll assume it’s good lol.
