The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean with a nice view. The hotel has an easy access to El Poblado. This hotel is GEM! The physical environment is well kept. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. The room had HOT water and the towels were clean and plush! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is womderful and the beach is quick and short walk from the hotel. Safety was top notch. This is a very good place to chill and relax.
