「Private little oasis. Close to everything you need and nothing you don’t. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Our second stay was just as good as the first. Will be back again.」

「This property was absolutely perfect for our multi generational family stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the home was clean and well maintained, the living spaces are perfect for conversation and for hanging out. The backyard was great for recreation and relaxing. The host was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Phoenix area.」

「The beds were comfortable and the pool was like a big hot tub at night which was great when it was cold. My husband and dad enjoyed the put put. The backyard had great sun exposure most of the day. We loved the proximity to restaurants(walkable) and the Reach 11 sports complex (8 minutes) where our son had his games. Also the holiday decorations in the area were beautiful. Would defiantly stay again.」

「My sister and I rented this house for a week to visit her in laws who recently relocated from NH to the Phoenix area. The home was spacious and clean. The yard is also well maintained and such a relaxing space. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to stores, gas stations, shopping, etc. We had a great week swimming, relaxing and visiting family!」

「The only downfall that this hotel might have would have to be the unfortunate surroundings and the amount of homeless people that are just everywhere at all hours. (Which is out of the hotels control) Aside from that I can't think of any complaints directed at the hotel itself. I would recommend this place to friends and family especially with how good the pricing is!!! 👍 The manager Nikki is awesome and she always goes the extra mile to make sure her guests needs are met!!! 」

「周囲になにもないところです。レストランも夜は週末しか開いていないそうです（と、言ったと思います）。　ただ、売店は２４時間やっていて、簡単な冷凍のピザとかパニーニみたいなものなど売っていて、お部屋には電子レンジやコーヒーメーカーなどもあり、夜遅く着いたのですが、飢え死にすることはありませんでした（笑）。ホテルのスタッフはみな感じがよかったです。ご飯たべたければ、向かい側のほなじマリオット系列のホテルのレストラン・バーがやっている、と言われましたが、向かい側といっても歩いて５００mですからね〜 (x_x)　電子レンジにしました。滞在型のホテルなのでしょう、食器もそろっていました。ただ、建物と建物の間は屋外をあるかないとたどりつきません。これもVilla（別荘）ですから。」

「We had a great time at this house. First off the walking trails right behind the house are easy hikes and at the top has great views all around the valley. The sunsets from there are amazing. Our purpose on this trip was watching our daughter play in a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for the three families that shared it. Plenty of space and a great backyard pool area. Everyone hopes to return for the next tournament they have in Phoenix. Hot tub was great on a cool evening.」
