Our toilet was clogged and out of service the moment we arrived. We asked to have it fixed or another room, they said they no one available to fix it and that there was no other rooms available. Had to drive to local restaurants to use the restroom. Unacceptable service. They HANDED ME A PLUNGER. Like what…"

It does not even get lukewarm. I was expecting a four-star hotel when I booked, but as a person who travels the world and stays in many hotels, this was the worst condition a room has ever been in.
