「This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1...

「The house is great! Very roomy for multiple people, or hosting an event - the kids enjoyed the piano! Close to shopping, but far enough that you are not in city limits with traffic and noise. The host was very responsive anytime I reached out. A few items to note, there are no nightstands in the master or extra bedding/pillows. We had to purchase some baking sheets and oven mitts. There were a few pots & pans, but nothing to bake with. The dishwasher does need replaced. We did not use it because...

「Joel was very responsive. Check in and check out easy. Perfect location. Can walk to Walmart Sloan Park. The mall is a 2 mile each way walk. Super super quiet for sleeping. Dark out shades are great too. Close to Sky Harbor. Could use some minor tlc touches but otherwise would stay there again. We had a great time 」
