子どもと過ごすには立地はいいと思う

家族で宿泊しました。工事中でした。朝食は、レストランで普通の朝食セットを有料にて提供しておりビッフェなどはありません。当初ビッフェと思い、有料朝食を選択しました。実際はその金額はクレジットとして部屋にチャージされており、その金額分はレストランや売店で使用できるという仕組みでした。私達は１日はウォーターパークに行きましたが、あとはホテルのプールで過ごしました。不幸中の幸いでホテルが工事中なのでプール近くの部屋となり、ビールを持ってプールでまったりできました。子どもも空いていて遊べてました。子どもとゆっくり過ごすにはいいのではないでしょうか。

Service was great, but the suite we stayed in needs major renovations including: new carpet, paint, trim, door new mini fridge and a new air conditioner. The carpet has lots of large, gross stains and black spots and is raveling at all the edges. The mini fridge is old and has huge ice/frost and the air conditioner is dirty and rattles constantly. Several large black scuff marks and chipping paint on trim and doors, and VERY DIRTY air vents. I would have expected much better for the rate we paid.

I can only give this property one star—and that is solely for the friendliness of the staff, which was the only positive aspect of our stay. We originally booked a four-night visit but ended up leaving after just one night. The property is nothing like what is pictured online. Our room was in extremely poor condition and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. One pillow was missing a pillowcase, and the single washcloth provided had visible toothpaste and what looked like food residue on it. There were stains throughout the carpet and on the furniture, and dust lined the entire perimeter of the room. To make matters worse, there was an unidentifiable and very unpleasant substance on the door frame at eye level. There was also no extra bedding provided for the pull-out bed. The amenities were equally disappointing. The pools ran out of towels with no clear timeline for restocking, and the lazy river didn’t have enough tubes for guests. There was ongoing construction, and accessing the waterpark required walking through active work areas with trucks moving around. Additionally, you’re not allowed to bring anything into the waterpark except water, which was inconvenient. During the night, one of the wall-mounted shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers fell off and crashed into the tub. Later, someone pounded on our door at 2 a.m., which felt unsafe and unacceptable. We couldn’t leave fast enough. This was a very disappointing experience and far below what we expected.

Great experience. We had a newer room it was great. The front desk staff was great at check in and also lent my kid a ball to use in the grass courtyard it made their night, being able to play with new friends right outside our door. Waterpark was great, at times it was hard to get a lounge chair or wave pool tube, some brought outside tubes and were allowed. Recommend this resort

Overall decent, moderately priced, and the water park was small, but fun. The property, mainly the North building, has aged and needs love. There is very little information about the property while there, you'll want to specifically ask the front desk about the on site restaurant, ice locations, etc. Staff you encounter are lovely and willing to help. Get the sense management does little to support front line workers.

Pools were good , bartender at lazy river was amazing. Overall property needs a little TLC but is in good shape . Wonderful if you have a family to visit here , for a romantic trip it’s ok also but only 1 onsite restaurant and the pool is great but I’m the kind of person who like to visit 1 maybe 2 times that’s it so I can only say if I was here with my kids ( old now ) it would have been great! As for wife and me for romance , was food for 2 pool days . Rooms great all good overall .

The room floor was not cleaned and left our feet black. The front door did not close all the way. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling. The patio had no chairs. All this and the room wasn’t ready on time. The entire property is outdated. The pool bar staff forgot our orders. Will not be staying here again.

The carpet was very dirty and sticky. Air vent had thick dust accumulated on it. Couldnt get a room change because all rooms were filled. Room was not ready at 4. Staff said they would text me when room was available, but they never did. Room was ready around 5. Tried to order food from restaurant and they wouldnt amswer the phone. Parking is very scarce. If you leave the hotel's premise, you pray tou can find another park somewhere near your room. Waterpark is great for small children. The cost of food reflects prices you would see at more high end facility.

The property is 35-40 years outdated. The carpet was scary, I told the kids to leave their shoes on. The door opens to an outside courtyard that can be accessed by anyone, no keycard needed. Not as big of an issue if the room door closed and would latch. The strike plate was hanging off and the door wouldn’t close without a hefty push. And even then it could be pushed open from the outside. Seemed to be a common issue as I noticed multiple doors ajar. When I mentioned this to management they said they would send someone by…no one came. So if security is important to you DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

The check in was terrible, we got there around 11:00 and pre-checked in at the desk and they said they would text us when our room was ready. We went to lunch ran errands etc, never heard from them, went back at 4:00, room was cleaned but not inspected so they called someone. Waited another 50 minutes before we asked again and was told it still wasn’t inspected so it was now 5:00, an hour past check in time. The bedding and things were clean but the rooms in the north building are old and need to be updated, old disgusting carpet, bad fixtures and just overall kind of falling apart etc. The pool in the north building was ok, could have been cleaner and the swim up bar that is no longer functioning was gross with its standing and junk floating in the water. The “water park” was nice and the wait staff was nice as well up there. There is a lot of construction going on so maybe these additions will make this a better resort in the coming months/years for the price.

Disappointed how i paid for free breakfast and only got a voucher. There were hidden fees and spas and pools that didn't exist

I feel like everything about the pictures of this place looked better online. In real life, it was just okay. There are a lot of people sharing the space. It's fun if you have a big group.

As many other reviews suggested, the property is pretty outdated and in need of a remodel. This extends to the "water park" as well. If it wasn't included in the cost of the hotel already, I would have been really disappointed if my children were above the age of 5. In a 3 night stay, we only went to the water park 2 times, once for less than an hour and the other for 2 hours. We ordered lunch the second time and I was very disappointed in the quality. My daughter got chicken strips that came with chips. Chips were so stale and gross, they were inedible. I ordered a $24 salad that came with 3 tiny pieces of avocado, about twice that in chicken and cucumbers and some seriously wrinkled up tomatoes. It didn't come with dressing and when I asked the ranch, I was brought a warm packet of ranch that felt like it had been sitting out in the sun. The waitress was kind and allowed me to remove it from my bill. All in all, there wasn't anything special about this property. For a Hilton, you'd definitely expect more. No room service, even though it mentioned it on the website, a former pool bar it looked like that is abandoned, a very small hotel pool with no nearly enough chairs or towels and employees who rarely service the area. The rooms appeared clean, albeit outdated. The AC worked well. It was quiet. The hotel is like a labrynth. It's got lots of corridors and some strange dead ends. I would definitely choose a different property if I visit the area again with children.
