「The room was dirty. The smoke detector was removed and had toilet paper stuffed in it. Elevator was filthy with the same debris the whole stay. The door did not look secure and was pushed in from the door knob down, so we were worried when we had someone knock on the door at 3am. They do have security at night out by the parking lot. 」

「Comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean. Would stay again. Only negative was very few towels and nobody to ask for more. Also the elevator wasn’t working during our stay. 」

「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. 「The staff was excellent. Also, the cat at the entrance was very soothing. However, I wish they had tissues available.」
