"The construction was hard to maneuver around as we needed handicapped accessible parking was limited! But it was fun! The pull out couch was very old uncomfortable needed updating the lazy river could have had bigger tubes to be able to relax in as they were very small! "

"The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very friendly and informative. The suite was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the mountains. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The resort is very dark at night and there are no sidewalks except near the falls. There are several restaurants that are open during the day but they all close by 5pm except for the expensive fine dining and the Point in a thyme. This was always sold out. The first night we sat at the bar but the service was very slow and we had a hard time getting our check. Plan on eating off property. The resort was conveniently located to places we wanted to go to. We would stay here again. "

"Stay was okay overall. Room was clean when we arrived but there’s mildew stains in the shower along the silicone, and the carpet in the room was torn up and falling apart in places. Pool was decent. First day we went pool was excessively cold and hot tub was excessively hot. Second time both were good. You have to ask front staff for towels, which is not easily done when they are busy attending to other guests. During our first night the hotel staff messed up room assignments somehow, and assigned our room to someone else! We were getting ready to lay down for bed and someone just walked into our room! Front desk tried to call us to explain what happened but our phone wouldn’t work and they couldn’t hear us, so I had to go down at midnight just to talk to them about the incident. I feel like pictures make the property seem nicer than it is. Cleaning staff also only comes by every 3 days, and even though we stayed 4 days and 3 nights, our room was never cleaned. When asking front desk for extra towels they stated they were out. "

"In all my years of coaching (15 years), I have never had such an unsafe, dirty, and terrible experience with a hotel. We had 16 rooms and the price was very affordable but the pictures catfished what was really offered. The hotel does NOT look anything like the pictures. There was no soap in the rooms (even hand soap), bugs in the rooms and in a few beds, NO HOT WATER, not enough towels (the crew said “we are at capacity - but we found a giant bin full of dirty towels that were not washed for multiple days). Our teenagers had a man and women employee just walk into rooms without knocking and when questioned about it the hotel employee said “that didn’t happen.” This is an embarrassment of a property that is no higher quality than a 1-star hotel. We were stuck there because we paid for it and with 45 high school athletes. We couldn’t afford to lose the money and change hotels. NEVER stay at this location unless you want to feel dirty and unsafe without any customer service. "
