Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed. The facilities were also clean but many of the restaurants were closed due to remodeling. The staff was not very friendly when we checked in, but the check-out staff was wonderful.
Room was very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. Pool was nice but could've used a little cleaning. Lazy river could use a little maintenance and a stronger current, but overall was nice. Great place to stay
The rooms exceeded our expectations. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The music being played in the common areas could have stopped earlier in the night or volume reduced. The staff were very freindly.
Booked an overnight stay while Nana was in town to enjoy the water park as a family. The water park offered something to occupy everyone for the whole day. Nana, her kids, grandson and great grandson.
The hotel and staff were wonderful as well. Everyone in our party was 100% satisfied with our stay and we are certainly planning to go back again.
We are a family in a road trip from Colorado. We stayed here two nights and had a great experience. The pools were amazing and our son loved the water slide. The breakfast was great and the staff were always helpful and happy to help.
We stayed here for three nights with two kids ages 10 and 6. Hotel is family friendly, more than enough to relax and disconnect.

Yes the major pain point is the construction. Parking is also a challenge. Finding your room can also be tricky. But once you get past that, it's all quite enjoyable. Rooms are nice and clean. Waterpark is a lot of fun. Looking forward to construction being completed, I'm sure it'll be great.
Absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay at the resort. The room was the greats set up that I've seen in any other resort. Great style! There was a lot to do. My family and I had the most fun in a while. I highly recommend it.
Great room at a great price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only two dislikes is the bar is a bit pricey and the youngsters working at the pool seem to be unhappy. But I understand, they are young and don't like to work.:)
