「This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1...

The host was super helpful and responsive. The home is located in a convenient area, easy to get around. I loved that there were things to do nearby and we didn’t have to keep driving around. 「This was a great “home away from home” for the week. Our family enjoyed playing foosball and other board games provided. We also had a great time in the yard and accessing a playground right across the street. There were a couple of items we found difficult finding but the host is quick to communicate and respond to any questions you might have during your stay. We would definitely stay here again! 」
