"Very clean and large room, bathroom sink and tub fixtures were new. Bed was comfortable linens felt very clean and fresh. Convenient to highway access but not noisy. breakfast buffet had lots of options - 2 types of waffle batter to make your own, omelet, tasty sausage, cereals yogurts fruit and pastries. Quiet in the evening. Small but well appointed fitness area. Helpful staff. would stay here again "

"We had a fantastic stay here. The pool and outdoor space was excellent and everyone was comfortable. Directions were easy to follow and Matt and Melody communicated clearly and quickly. Having a pack and play, high chair, and kid friendly dishes was perfect for our family stay. Everyone from grandma and grandpa to the 1 year old had a great time! It is very close to an air base so if you’re there during the week in favorable conditions you will hear a lot of jet activity. "

"The house was not as clean as expected upon arrival, which was disappointing. Additionally, the listing photos were not accurate and did not reflect the current condition of the property. One of the tables had broken glass, which felt unsafe, and several blinds were missing. On top of that, 2 out of the 4 beds made noticeable noises whenever you moved, which affected comfort and sleep quality. The pool gate was also rusted and was being held in place by two rocks, which raised safety concerns. Overall, the property did not meet expectations based on the listing."

"Perfect house for our 2 week stay in the Phoenix area. The house was spotless and had everything you need. Spent most of our time in the back outdoor space and the pool. Would highly recommend this house. The host would respond to any questions very quickly. Thanks for the wonderful stay."

"First things first...house is in nice location/neighborhood and is great for large or multi family vacations. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a snag during the day of check-in process requiring a photo ID (which did not make sense since VRBO provides the arms length broker process and has my personal information versus sharing with an unknown third party) that we were thankfully able to work thru before the 4pm check in time. House was exactly as the pictures show and was very spread out, but also provides plenty of spaces to be close together. Backyard/pool was a great hangout spot for the family evenings. On the surface level it is clean, but definitely time for a deep cleaning. If these things were addressed, we would definitely stay here again."

"This was an amazing house, perfect for us having 2 couples. The backyard is definitely the gem of this house with the pool and hot tub. We loved the location as it was a quiet neighborhood with a lot of stores and restaurants close by. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling. "
